TheInocencio Magtoto Memorial Foundation, Inc. is a non-stock, nonprofit
institution responding to childhood disability concerns in the province of Pampanga. It was
established on November 16, 1991, by the family of the late Inocencio Magtoto in order to carry
out his dream of equal rights and opportunities in life especially for the poor, deprived, and the
underprivileged. It was duly registered at the Securities and Exchange Commission in December
of the same year and was recognized as a donee institution by the Bureau of Internal Revenue. In
1997 it was licensed by the Department of Social Welfare and Development.
At present, IMMFI is accredited by local government units as a developmental nongovernment
organization responding to disability concerns. The institution is a founding member of local and
regional NGO networks, is a partner/member of national networks of civil societies, and is
accredited as a partner to various government agencies.
